SERVICE & CHECKIN -- Fast (& Free) early checkin.
Staff were consistently kind, personable, & efficient.
$30 self parking is available
ROOM (walkthrough) -- Guest rooms are spacious (for 2), with high ceilings, modern decor, & lots of seating options.
No overhead lights but the natural lighting from wall-to-wall windows & lamps does the job.
AC was performant although a bit loud.
BED -- We slept in a double queen room. The mattress were the perfect firmness & very supportive.
Bedding was clean, extremely soft, & cozy.
Bed frames were sturdy & had very nice leather headboards.
BATH -- The Bathrooms was quite a bane & where all the cons lie. It's small, the temp gets noticeably hot with the sliding door closed, ventilation isn't great, & the toilet/plumbing makes "elephantish" noises at odd intervals. Very noisy.
I liked the large towels & the pre stocked bath products (Lockwood). Water pressure was also satisfactory.
No bathrobe or slippers sadly...
TV -- ~40" flatscreen LG TV on a premium mount with basic programming & Netflix integration.
The universal remote they chose looks really impressive at first glance, but it's a bit oversimplified & annoying to use.
Wi-Fi -- Complementary WiFi is unencrypted, behind web portal (remember to Opt-Out of tracking cookies). Not a lot of throughout but the QoS is well-tuned.
Performance:
Video streaming - good
Online gaming - GREAT
Video chatting - GREAT

FOOD & DRINK -- DoorDash friendly & there is a snack ( junk food) market.
Rooms are equipped with small mini fridges, mini microwave, & Cuisinart coffee bar.
NOISE -- Minus the plumbing & AC, it was a very quiet stay, internally & externally.
