SERVICE & TRANSITIONS -- A pet friendly location where the staff were always pleasant.

Checkin speed is a bit slow but they try to be thorough.

Spanish is valuable here if you want anything outside of the vanilla experience, communication can be hard otherwise.

The public space were remarkably clean & expertly decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed chilling in the lounges, pool areas, & using the gym spaces.

ROOM -- I tried 2 very-similar configurations: (1) (2)

Both were essentially prefab apartments; modern, spacious, lots of utility & a real "homey" vibe. The condition of the unit was pristine & cleaning standards were the same. Views were nice as well, but largely vary with room location.

Seating felt like generic stock & was uncomfortable. The same mistakes weren't made with the workspace chair, which was very supportive on my back. A+

BED -- Beds were comfortable with high quality sheets, pillows, & duvet.

A good mattress but poor base (SQUEAKY) & the bed slides out; not well-positioned.

The quality of sleep was still amazing.

BATH -- An effective split-bath that never felt awkwardly designed or inconvenient like most hotels. The walk-in shower is surprisingly balanced between a functional "everything" shower & the streamlined status quo.

The strong water pressure, temperature control, & Dove bath products provided a soothing overall experience. Ample ledges for grooming or personal products are abundant too.

Weighty towels & tons of hooks for re-use were great to see ♻️.

FOOD & DRINK -- DoorDash friendly.

Large breakfast arrangement of the usual continental rotation w/oatmeal bars, waffles, & pastries, etc. Lots of noteworthy breakfast items specifically: the eggs, waffles, & the meat selection-- French toast too!

Coffee & juice fountain were also refreshing. The brewed coffee is really good; the In-room stuff is so-so.

A huge fridge of convenience & instant foods are available for purchase by the front desk (along with some rather expensive bottled water).

There aren't a lot of exciting restaurants nearby but there's a Costco across the street.

Full fridge & kitchenette with stove & dish washer.

TV -- The TV base is glued to the dresser, so not a lot of mobility. It's also difficult to hear over the AC running right in front of it. Not the best experience if watching from bed. Picture quality & port access was good otherwise.
