SERVICE -- Great location & empathetic staff.
Checkin was smooth, fast, & the doorman here definitely deserves a raise.
The key cards need an overhaul though as they regularly need to be reset.
ROOM -- Gorgeous corner view w/floor to ceiling windows. Spacious, aesthetically beautiful, & tons of amenities.
Fast Wi-Fi & extendable wall-mounted smart TV w/built-in chrome cast for lazy entertainment.
Room for improvement in cleanliness as my initial room was dusty w/visible hair & food on the carpet.
DoorDash friendly* & they provide a well-stocked mini-bar w/plenty of variety.
BATH -- AMAZING bathroom: incredible dimensions, design, & choice of materials-- My favorite tub by far!
The walkin-shower had exhilarating water pressure and shower head patterns, but functionally not a lot of space to maneuver or hold personal items. Toiletries were better than average in quality & the robes were incredibly soft.
BED -- Pillows felt a bit cheap/deflated, but overall the bedding was nice. No complaints wrt mattress.
VERDICT
I HIGHLY recommend this property & would stay here again.
