SERVICE & CHECKIN -- The charming receptionist provided us with a free early checkin & good vibes ✊🏾. It was efficient and made for a great impression of the overall experience.

LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS -- Very high cleaning standards on display here!
Transitions are a bit tight, especially the elevator. 2 people (max) can ride at once, give or take luggage. FWIW it's in great condition, just small.
ROOM (suite) -- The dimensions of the interior construction reveal the age of this building but it's been maintained perfectly. Our suite was clean and spacious (for 2+), featuring great lighting, functional windows, & a tranquil bridge view.
Furnishings were top notch; comfortable seating, storage, & tabletop space were abundant.
The dedicated workspace was very productive & one of my favorites; it reminded me of my university days.
Cons: Terminal AC is a bit of a chore w/o a wall thermostat.
BED -- "Good-enough" sleep in our single queen.
Sheets were breathable with average softness.
Skimpy pillow count & wrong size, but the build was comfy.
Supportive mattress, although more soft than firm.
Baseboard heater thermostat is conveniently located next to the bed.
BATH -- Small space & small fixtures with just enough room to function.
Redeeming features were the aesthetic tile mosaic & (combination) tub width.
Pharmacopeia Toiletries are provided but the mashup is both a little & a lot...BYOB just to be safe.
Cons: limited counter space; small towels; LOUD exhaust; low toilet
Slippers provided but no bath robe 🤔.
TV & ENTERTAINMENT -- Various (Samsung, Panasonic) early 2000's ~30" Standard Definition flat panel TVs. Functional & well-maintained, just not competitive.
WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION -- Carrier (Verizon) coverage wasn't great here &
Wi-Fi is unencrypted 💔 -- but it's blazingly fast!

FOOD & DRINK -- Contactless Doordash delivery is supported, but if you're only here for a short while you won't need it! A generous amount of juices, water, & oatmeal are provided with the room-- very clutch!
The Full kitchenette is fitted with a double-burner stove, full-size microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Dishes & glassware was fully stocked and impeccably clean.
NOISE -- It's a peaceful environment on the surface but the surrounding environment proved to be VERY noisy, and for reasons I didn't anticipate (thin walls).
Skateboards, power tools / construction, leaf blowers-- you name it, they brought it!
Better bring your NC headphones for this one...

Older architecture & a noisier environment but in great condition and a good value for the price.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
